FORTIS  Regulator Vintage Watch - 1950's 

This is a sought after collector's timepiece and especially rare with this brand …never seen one..
 With its very special dial, at first sight one might wonder whether this particular watch is missing a hand. The top hand is the hour hand, the middle hand is the second hand, and the bottom hand is the minute hand.
The hour hand can be adjusted by pulling the crown and turning the hour / minute hands, so the time can be adjusted.

The watch shows a silver dial with a radial/spiral pattern, blued hands and a red second hand. The second hand dominates and animates the dial with its quick functioning – eye
catching!

Condition:

The watch is in very good aesthetic condition, very minor signs of wear to the case, dial shows slightly patina dots by Radium lume. The Radium on the arabic hour numerals is fully given. Watch runs fine.
